Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following, Our Company may decide not to disclose all or part of the information, and if it decides not to disclose it, it will notify the Users to that effect without delay.

Article 7 (Amendment and Removal of Personal Information)

1. If the Personal Information held by Our Company is incorrect, Our Company will amend or delete the Personal Information in accordance with the procedures specified by Our Company at the request of the Users.

2. If Our Company receives a request from Users as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, Our Company will promptly amend or delete the relevant Personal Information and notify the Users accordingly.

 

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If Our Company is requested by Users to suspend or delete the use of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) in the cases specified in the following items, Our Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results of that investigation, Our Company will conduct the Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information in accordance with the laws and regulations and inform the Users to that effect. However, if there are cases where the Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information would incur significant costs or where it would be difficult to conduct Suspension of Use, etc., but it is possible to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of Users, Our Company will take these alternative measures.

(1) When Users use the services of Our Company or our partners, or view webpages, Our Company automatically receives information such as the Users’ IP address, cookie information, viewed advertisements and webpages, and the Users’ usage environment from the Users’ browser and records them on our server.

(2) In order to consider new services and tailor the content and advertisements Our Company provide to better suit Users, Our Company may utilize information about Users such as gender, occupation, age, webpages, and advertisements viewed, time of use, method of use, and usage environment. These Terms and Conditions are applicable solely to this Site. Therefore, Our Company assumes no responsibility for the handling of Personal Information on the websites of other businesses or individuals linked from this Site.
