On October 3, Japan’s National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity (NISC) announced it participated alongside the National Policy Agency and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this year’s ‘Counter Ransomware Initiative’ (CRI) international conference held in the United States from September 30 to October 3. The conference was the fourth held by the White House-led CRI, “the world’s largest international cyber partnership” comprised of 68 member states and organizations.
