On November 15, the Japan Coast Guard (JCG) announced that it will conduct this month a flight demonstration of the multi-rotor drone “FAZER R G2” produced by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. as part of the agency’s plan to acquire unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that are capable of monitoring volcanic hazards.
